Digitakt pattern transitions
Taken from Wouzer's technique, mentioned on youtube & Elektronauts forum. Make a looped sample of your pattern and set it one track, with trig condition set to 1st Time Only & the play mode set to Forward Loop. Woochia recommends putting this loop on pattern 16, since it's in the corner and easy to remember. I had been putting the sample on Track 8, but I think it might actually make more sense to put it on Track 1(kicks), as you'll probably blend into this last. When you switch to this pattern, the first thing you want to do is to mute all of the tracks. Since the looped sample is set to forward loop & only triggers the first time, it will continue to play regardless. We can abuse this by now switching to the next pattern - and the loop will continue - as long as you don't trig anything on it's channel.
